Also, please say well done from me and Marie to Stephanie on her award which, having seen how excellent her service is to customers when we have been in the branch, is obviously very much deserved.
Marie and I have been extremely impressed with the friendly and professional service we have received from you and all of your team during our visits to the branch in Cheylesmore and we had no hesitation giving you our business. We were delighted to be able to book our holiday with you at the Cheylesmore branch recently, especially after all the time spent with us as we travelled around the globe looking for somewhere to go!!!
